Daddy Don’t Care Co. products may be fulfilled by different production and fulfillment partners depending on the item ordered.
Processing times
Most orders require processing before shipment. Processing times vary by product and fulfillment partner.
Made-to-order apparel and merchandise may require additional production time before shipping.
Supplement and wellness products may also have separate processing timelines depending on the fulfillment provider.
Shipping times
Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, fulfillment volume, destination, or other circumstances outside our control.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple products, items may be produced or fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive available tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order appears lost in transit, arrives damaged, or has another shipping issue, contact us at:
Include your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.
We’ll review the issue with the appropriate fulfillment provider and carrier and determine the available resolution.
Delivered packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with:
- household members
- neighbors
- your building or mailroom
- the shipping carrier
If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll help review the shipment.
